Nisium provides software tools to support cybersecurity and NIS2-related compliance workflows. We do not act as a competent authority, national CSIRT, regulator, or legal advisor. Customers remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations.

Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, use of the public website and standard service terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
