What happens after the 30-day Pro trial?
Your workspace enters a short grace period, then read-only lock until you subscribe to Pro via Stripe Checkout. Plan switching is not self-serve — contact sales for Enterprise.
How much does a Compliance Passport cost?
Each passport costs €20 whether paid by your organization or the vendor. Questionnaire access fees use the same €20 price.
Can I switch between Pro and Enterprise in the app?
No. Pro is self-serve checkout. Enterprise is assigned by our team after a sales conversation.
Where are prices configured?
List prices are stored in the Nisium billing catalog and synced to Stripe. Operations can update amounts in the database without redeploying the app.
